We carried out a homebuyer CCTV Survey of the foul lines in December and this showed the pipework to be clear of blockages. However, the survey revealed that there were three sections of pitch fibre pipework which was in poor condition and nearing the end of its useful life. The old pitch fibre pipework that was in place had started to fail, blistering and compressing out of shape and needed to be replaced. It was our recommendation that these sections of pitch fibre pipework be replaced in the very near future with 110mm PVC pipework.
